At Sim Varaga Tex, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return an item for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In the original packaging with all tags attached
  • Free from any signs of wear, alterations, or damage
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance
  • Intimate apparel (for hygiene reasons)
  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper care

How to Initiate a Return

Please include your order number, item details, and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and shipping address.

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days
  • A credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method
  • Please allow additional time for your bank to process the refund

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for size or color variations of the same product, subject to availability.

To exchange an item, please contact us with your order number and the item you'd like to exchange. We'll guide you through the process.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with:

  • Photos of the damage or defect
  • Your order number
  • Description of the issue

We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your credit card company (it may take time for the refund to post)
  • Contact your bank
  • If you've done all of this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us
